Slight damage to back of the panel, you cannot see the damage in the front) 
One morning back around 2009, I was driving home from doing a paper rout in Homestead. I herd on the radio that the bridge had fallen 3 ft ! I made it there to see it just as they were putting out tape to block it off... in doing research for my "Our Beloved Bridges "project, I learned that the bridge that was hear prior to the Birmingham, also had issues with settling.
