"Duo, Mt Washington, 4/2026" oil on panel 12" x 16" x 3/4" .. while painting at this location yesterday, the owner of the house that was set up in front of mentioned that the veiw would be better with out the phone poles. I debated with myself as to whether or not this felt true . This lead to deeper thoughts about what I hope to represent in my paintings and how I hope to represent it. Important thoughts when your a painter. Thoughts which currently I understand on an abstract level but can't put into words as poetically, other then to say that if I keep painting, I'll know it when I see it.
